Bio: Hello! I am the Owner and Director for Carmel School of Massage & Healing Arts, in Carmel, Indiana since 2011. I have a BS in Psychology from Purdue University School of Science, Indianapolis campus. As a Certified Massage Therapist since 2000, I have practiced multi-modality, integrated therapeutic massage therapy including Ortho-bionomy, Neuro-muscular Re-education, and myofascial techniques. I am certified in Personal Training (ACE 1996), Certified Spinning Instructor (Johnny G 1998), and Certified Comprehensive Pilates Instructor (BASI 2006). My niche is in finding dysfunctional myo-skeletal patterns and using manual techniques to help clients find balance in their bodies. In addition, I suggest training exercises and stretches to help them maintain their new postural balance. I am the mother of two amazing children, whom I adore, I work barefoot, and I am a life-long-learner of life's incredible mysteries. The more I learn, the more I want to know.
